Classic Four Layer Chocolate Chiffon Cake

Our chocolate chiffon cakes are a lighter textured cake but have a rich chocolate flavor.

We do have several versions of this delightful cake available.

With this version the cake is layered with our luscious chocolate fudge inside and out. We decorate the outside with chocolate curls.

Should you decide to add a layer of raspberries in the middle we use our house made raspberry preserves with whole raspberries.
