English Butter Toffee

I shouldn’t even tell you about this…it is so addictive, but I will.
Pure cane sugar, unsalted butter and sea salt is the base for this confection but the secret is in the chocolate. The Belgian chocolate is lavishly spread over the caramelized sugar and then sprinkled with sliced almonds.
